Canon and identity
Keep harambedao.xyz, Realms, and the DAO social accounts aligned: sourced lore, one verified mint, and no launch-team claims.
Publish the bootstrap state
The Realm and council seat are live. Community voting is not. Make that distinction clear before asking anyone to buy, deposit, or sign.
Open the first community vote
When real participants are ready, configure Gate A and publish a community-mint charter proposal. Holders vote; they still cannot create proposals or move treasury funds.
Fund the existing treasury, if earned
The native Realms treasury exists and remains intentionally near-empty. Funding comes only after community voting has been used and treasury safeguards are in place.
Harambe’s Revenge
A browser game exists as an experiment in the wider project folder. It is not a shipping commitment until this DAO votes to fund or adopt it.
